We know what it’s like to have no idea what you’re going to do with your life.
You’ve probably been told your only option is to finish high school, go to a good college, and get a typical 9-5 job.
More often than not, we try to shape ourselves into someone that the world tells us to be, rather than who we know we are.
We’re here to say that there’s another option, and you get to create it yourself. You get to try out what works and what doesn’t. We’ll be here to guide you along the way, finding that path that feels right to you.

The Uncommon Paths Cohort is a virtual, 10-week guided group experience for high school and college students who are exploring what comes next, whether that’s a values-aligned gap year or an unconventional and meaningful career path.
We’ll bring in guest speakers who have forged uncommon futures: social entrepreneurs, artists, healers, organizers, environmentalists, and more. Cohort fellows will experiment with life design tools, explore opportunities, and prototype possible paths without the pressure to have it all figured out.
